What makes Gedelek pickles special?
“Orhangazi Gedelek Turşusu” was registered as a geographical indication in Turkey on 4 December 2017. Our pickles are made with Gedelek's Pınarbaşı spring water, rich in calcium and lime — the source of their famous crunch and distinctive taste.
Which sizes are available?
Pickles come in 500 g and 1 kg clear buckets with locking lids; pickle juice in a 330 ml cup and a 1 L bottle. Prices include VAT.
Which countries do you ship to, and how long does it take?
We ship from our shop in the Netherlands to every EU country. Netherlands 1–3, Belgium and Germany 2–5, other EU countries 3–7 business days. Free shipping from €50 in the Netherlands and from €150 to other EU countries.
How should I store the pickles?
Store in a cool, dark place. After opening, keep refrigerated and make sure the pickles stay covered by the brine.
